Terms and Conditions

Welcome to NRG TAX AND TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Malpur, Gujarat.

Payment Terms

1. Payment Obligations

1.1 Advance Payment: All services must be paid for in full prior to commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.2 Taxes: Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, etc.). Taxes shall be charged additionally as per prevailing government laws.

1.3 Invoices: Invoices are issued electronically and are payable upon receipt unless a different payment term is agreed in writing.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
  • UPI / Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm
  • Credit Card / Debit Card (via Payment Gateway)
  • Razorpay or other authorized platforms

All transaction charges, if any, are borne by the client.

3. Late Payments

3.1 Late Fee: Payments not received within the agreed timeline may incur a late payment fee of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.

3.2 Service Suspension: The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts with overdue payments without prior notice.

3.3 Recovery Costs: In case of non-payment, the client shall be liable for any legal costs, collection agency fees, or additional costs incurred to recover dues.

4. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Disputes

Any payment disputes must be reported within 7 days of the invoice date.

Disputes raised after this period will not be entertained.

6. Governing Law

These Payment Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Malpur, Gujarat.

Refund & Return Policy


1. Service Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests are only applicable for services that have not yet been initiated or where service delivery has not been completed.
  • Once work has commenced (consultation, document preparation, filing, website work, etc.), the service is considered consumed and non-refundable.

2. Timeframe for Refund Requests

  • Clients must request a refund within 7 days of service purchase.
  • After 7 days, no refund request will be accepted.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Services already rendered or completed (e.g., GST Registration filed, ITR submitted, website delivered).
  • Delay or failure caused due to client’s failure to provide necessary documents or information.
  • Government or third-party fees (e.g., MCA filing fees, GST portal charges) once paid are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation of Orders

  • Clients can request cancellation of services only if the processing work has not started.
  • For partial work, a pro-rata refund (partial refund after deduction of work done) may be considered at the company's discretion.
