These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by NRG Tax and Tech Solutions Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or availing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are advised not to use our services.
We provide professional services including, but not limited to:
Accounting and Bookkeeping
GST Registration and Return Filing
Income Tax Return Filing
TDS Return Filing
ROC Compliances and Filings
Business Registration (Partnership, LLP, Private Limited Company)
MSME / Udyam Registration
Import Export Code (IEC)
Trademark Registration
Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Services
Website, Mobile Application, and Software Development
The scope of each service shall be as mutually agreed upon at the time of engagement.
2.1 Clients must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documentation required for the execution of services.
2.2 The Company shall not be held responsible for any delay, penalty, or loss arising due to incorrect information, incomplete documentation, or lack of cooperation from the client.
2.3 Clients are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials, passwords, and sensitive information shared during the engagement.
3.1 Full payment must be made prior to commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 All service charges are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.3 Delayed payments may attract additional charges or result in suspension of services until outstanding dues are cleared.
4.1 Turnaround times depend on the complexity, nature, and scope of the service requested.
4.2 All timelines provided are indicative and subject to change due to government procedures, regulatory approvals, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@nrgtaxandtechsolutions.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
5.2 No refunds shall be issued once work has commenced or services have been delivered.
5.3 Refunds, if applicable, shall only be processed in cases of duplicate payments or failure to deliver services due to reasons attributable to the Company.
6.1 We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and documents shared with us.
6.2 Client information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law or regulatory authorities.
6.3 All communications and documentation remain secure and protected under applicable data protection practices.
7.1 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
7.2 Our total liability, under any circumstances, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the respective service.
8.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services in cases of misuse, abusive conduct, repeated non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
8.2 Clients may discontinue services by providing written notice, subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
9.1 The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
9.2 Continued use of our services after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Aravalli District, Gujarat.
