At NRG Tax and Tech Solutions Private Limited, we are committed to delivering professional and transparent services. As we provide digital and compliance-based services, our refund and cancellation policy is outlined below.
We provide professional services such as GST filing, Income Tax Return filing, ROC compliances, company registration, consultancy, website development, and other digital services.
Since these services involve time, expertise, consultation, documentation, and government filings, they are considered service-based and not physical goods.
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
The service has not been initiated.
No consultation, documentation review, drafting, or filing work has started.
No government or third-party fee has been paid.
Once the service process has commenced, the service shall be deemed as consumed and shall not be eligible for refund.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
All refund requests must include:
Order details
Payment reference
Reason for cancellation
Refunds shall not be provided in the following cases:
Services already delivered or completed (e.g., GST registration filed, ITR submitted, website delivered, consultation provided).
Government fees or statutory charges already paid (e.g., MCA, GST, Trademark, DSC charges).
Delay or rejection due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
Failure of the client to submit required documents within the agreed timeline.
Change of mind after service initiation.
Clients may request cancellation only if processing of the service has not yet started.
If partial work has been completed, a pro-rata refund (after deduction of work performed and administrative charges) may be considered solely at the discretion of the Company.
The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any refund or cancellation request based on the circumstances.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.
The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
In case of accidental duplicate payments, the excess amount will be refunded after verification within 5–7 business days.
Any refund-related disputes must be communicated in writing within 7 days of transaction.
All disputes shall be governed under the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Malpur, Gujarat.
